Everything Is Better Roasted



Hello! I might have a slight addiction to roasting veggies. It started out innocently enough, but I have to say I am really enjoying the flavor of these veggies once they are roasted. I have been eating them all week. If you haven't yet tried doing this, please try it! You will really love the flavor and even be surprised at how good these veggies taste. The trick is coating with Olive oil and sprinkling with sea salt. Roast at 425 for about 20 minutes (check around 18 minutes- depends on your oven) turning or shaking the pan half-way through. Oh and for the Brussel Sprouts just add a sprinkle of garlic powder. I heart the roasted french green beans. Oh and these are kid approved.
